Synopsis
In the latest episode of Little Orphan Annie, titled 'To Work', Annie and Joe find themselves at a crossroads as they are offered a chance to help run the Emporium, a local store owned by the elderly Jake. Jake's health has been declining, and he has been advised by Dr. Riggs to take a nap every afternoon, which raises concerns about the store's future. Mr. Caslin, a friend of Jake's, proposes that Annie and Joe step in to assist during Jake's recovery, sparking excitement and uncertainty in the children.
