Synopsis

In The Dusk Is Deceptive, Captain David Nolan and his fellow officers are weary from weeks of relentless combat during World War I. As they retire behind the lines for a much-needed rest, they ride through the fading light of dusk, each man contemplating how he will spend his leave. The atmosphere is heavy with fatigue, and the weariness of battle weighs on their minds. Just as they discuss their plans, Captain Nolan is suddenly struck by an extraordinary sight—a column of phantom horsemen, clad in white and riding silently alongside them.
