Synopsis
In The Adventure of The Silent Heart, Frank Race, a former attorney turned OSS agent, finds himself in the sweltering heat of New York City, where he is summoned to investigate a troubling trend in heart disease claims. Fred Jeremy, a representative from Trans-Columbia Life Plan, presents Race with alarming statistics showing a significant increase in heart-related deaths in a small New England town. The data suggests a potential murder ring, as many of the deceased were insured by their business partners, raising questions about the motives behind these policies.
