Synopsis

In the episode titled Cafe Tropical Bruce Eldridge from Crime and Peter Chambers, private investigator Peter Chambers finds himself in a dimly lit nightclub during the day, an atmosphere he describes as ghastly. His visit is prompted by a murder that occurred the previous night: Paul Maxwell, one of the club's owners, was shot dead while seated at the bar. Bruce Eldridge, another owner, seeks Chambers' help, revealing that he believes the murder weapon—a gun—was his own, which had gone missing just days before the crime.
