Synopsis
In the episode The Camels Are Coming, we are transported back to the year 1856, where Colonel Cyrus Archer, a zoologist from Harvard, arrives in Indianola, Texas. His mission, sanctioned by Secretary of War Jefferson Davis, is to conduct experiments with camels, which are being considered as potential replacements for horses in the arid southwestern regions of the United States. However, Archer's arrival coincides with a critical moment; the Comanche Indians have gone on the warpath, raising the stakes for both his scientific endeavors and the safety of the local populace.
