Synopsis
In The Notes, Captain Frank Kennelly of the 21st precinct begins his day with a quiet morning, but the calm is quickly disrupted when a fire alarm is triggered at a local dry cleaning plant. As he responds to the scene, the fire escalates to a third alarm due to the hazardous materials present. Once the fire is under control, Kennelly returns to the precinct to handle paperwork, only to find himself embroiled in a new crisis involving a young woman and a counterfeit $20 bill.
